About Me
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a strong academic and athletic foundation, dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential through structured, results-driven training programs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Bacone College and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, I combine science-backed training methods with real-world coaching experience to deliver elite-level performance results.
Over the past five years of training athletes, I have worked with individuals at various stages of development—from beginners to competitive athletes—helping them improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. My experience also includes three years of coaching high school basketball and track, where I developed sport-specific training strategies tailored to enhance on-field and on-court performance.
